Very nice beach with amazing views. We can see the drone show from the beach. It has washrooms and we can rent towels, sunbeds etc. It's amazing both in the day as well as in the night.

JBR has all types of restaurants and shops however it gets crazy busy on weekends so I prefer to go to Kite Beach. JBR has a nice vibe but the traffic is terrible to get into as well as if you want to go opposite to Blue Waters. There is cheesecake factory restaurant which I highly recommend and PF Chang's. From time to time there are drone and fireworks shows which is nice to see but I stay away because of the chaos of the traffic.

After experiencing JBR Beach, I can genuinely say it's become a personal favorite. Whether I'm lazing under the sun, trying out water sports, or simply savoring different cuisines, JBR always feels like a genuine escape by the beautiful Arabian Gulf. It's more than just a beach; it's a place that keeps pulling me back for its authentic blend of relaxation and lively vibes.

I visited JBR Beach in Dubai with my wife and son in January 2024. It was my second time there, as I had been there before in 2019 on a business trip. The beach was very crowded and divided into paid and free sections. We had to sit on the left side where the free people were sitting, as we were not allowed to sit near the hotel guests. The beach was not very clean, but it was still nice. We had a lot of fun playing in the water and sunbathing. We brought our own food and drinks, as the prices were high. We took the RTA bus to get there, which was a long journey. We also took some pictures and enjoyed the view. We stayed there for about 3 hours and then came back. I recommend JBR Beach for families who want to have a relaxing time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
