A lovely place. The staff is outstandingly friendly, breakfast is delicious, the location very convenient. You can borrow beach towels free of charge. Wholeheartedly recommended! If you come by car, there’s a parking garage 10 mins by foot from the hotel (Antalya bb kapalı otopark) with decent rates and 24 hours open which we found very convenient.

Fantastic hotel. Superb little bungalow style room with a cute patio. The service & hospitality of the staff is second-to-none. Perfect location with proximity to the Kaleici centre yet peacefully quiet. Will definitely book this hotel again!

Location is excellent, service was good as well. The rooms....not great. The AC was barely functional and took literally hours to cool the room. The fridge also struggled. The bathroom was small, and the shower has a design flaw and floods the bathroom floor if the water hits the back wall. The beds were softer than many in Turkey, but still pretty hard. The linens were mediocre. They only provide shampoo and bar soap, no conditioner. Breakfast was pretty anemic.

GOOD POINTS The bedroom was clean comfortable Friendly staff All the restaurants and takeaways are close by The local harbor and other tourist sightseeings are close by Only 30 minutes away from the airport. BADPOINTS They offer breakfast for €8 but it every basic breakfast but their are local cafes only 5 minutes walk from the hotel From 8 to 12 you can hear loud music comming from nearby restaurants Very basic in what you get ( no kettle no replacement water) Air-conditioned took some time too cool room down. Overall I would stay here again

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
