Hotel is in a good spot in Riyadh but I was faced with bedbugs issue and the staff and management were very rude once I highlighted the issue to them. I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night to another hotel. Mira Hotel failed to present to me any suitable solution to the bedbugs issue that I faced in my room! I wouldn’t recommend the hotel at all

You have a bad experience. I came from the hospital and paid full attention. 5 days but the girl. The woman who works at the reception has a very different temperament. The day I decided to do the rest because I couldn't move much. He spoke to the youth of Egypt. He was a very kind person. Although the price was different, it was no problem for my comfort. Then a girl started calling in succession, and when I answered, I told her that I had paid the amount. She said, “It doesn’t matter. Do you have a reservation on Booking?”

Rooms were spacious but the carpets were filthy. Breakfast was definitely not worth the price or a visit. Beds had wheels under them, every time you turned the bed moved. Can’t order anything except water since I’ve been told by the receptionist that the restaurant does not operate with the hotel. There are a lot of better hotels in Riyadh.

Very bad experience, hotel manager Amir is very rude, I can’t understand how he is a hotel manager!!!! Dirty rooms, hotel manager Amir is food spots on tables and hair on floor.Very Dirty air-conditioning, i had to clean filters my self, because no service early in the morning. bad service. Bad internet connection.toilet didnt work suddenly middle of the night. Very very bad experience

The hotel location is excellent and the staff are more than helpful and supportive. But the building from inside, the rooms and the toilets are a bit outdated and need some renovation. Haven't tried the food to judge it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
