Very comfortable, great location, easy check-in even 2am at night. Great breakfast, Great room (more like a mini apartment). Everything wonderful, quick response to request texts. Overall it was terrific.

Visited at the end of May '23 for 3 nights. It is one of the best B&B's I have ever visited. Super clean and comfortable, nice decor and very accommodating service with a smile. Thank you Miragaia House for making our stay in Porto so much better ❤️

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood of Miragaia, I must say. Never had a problem walking here at night. Plus there are small restaurants nearby. The set breakfast is more than enough! Nice that they serve a decent breakfast here. No reception staff so you just enter the apartment with a code which worked perfectly for us. There is bus stop within few meters walk and this place is just actually a short walk to the boulevard (Ribeira/center) and to other attraction like Bolsa Polace. Spacious room, comfortable beds, small kitchenette with microwave oven- this is a good place for longer stays as well.

The accommodation was great! The room is beautiful with very interesting design and really large. The house has elevator and is located few minutes walk from the city centre. And the house surroundings are nice as well. Breakfast were delicious and it was as if I was at somebody´s house for breakfast. And as the cherry on the top, the owners are super nice and helpful. When I visit Porto again, I will definitelly choose Miragaia House again!

Beautiful, large room, great location. Nice and helpful host. Small malfunction in the bathroom (sink drain not working well) but otherwise everything as expected, a very pleasant stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
