        Very bad experience, the staff refused to bring an additional tooth brush and shower gel and said we have to pay extra for them. How come 2 people use 1 tiny tube of shower gel and 1 tooth brush? Below basic experience and we didn't enjoy our stay because of the hotel.

        By far the WORST PLACE you would stay in! NEVER ever consider this hotel to stay or you will be in hell! No customer service, location is very bad, rooms are hideous and like you are staying in a motel! I asked for shower gel and towels, more than 1 hour to bring, and they tell me that each guest has 1 shower gel per day and extra will be charged! Safe not working and repaired everyday, iron board like attached, Blankets are old, hotel design is ugly, everything is old! Bathroom is like you entered an old movie, you can hear the water in the pipes, I don't know how this so called hotel gets 4 stars I wouldn't even give it 0 stars! Unfortunately I booked it and paid before entering to hell with my own legs! The problem is they treat customers that they never stayed in an hotel! The worst hotel by far Update: after 2 days brother Anwar apologized for the misunderstanding and he thought it was a policy of the hotel.

        Renewed hotel with nice staff .I recommend it .the pace is clean and the atmosphere is wonderful.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
