Staff were friendly and helpful. She gave us useful information. Room was clean. Location was excellent and found free parking near by (Free during Christmas/New Year season). We would gladly book again ❤️

This was a great place to stay during our visit in Budapest. Our room was comfortable, the facilities are clean, and the location is good. If you want lots of nightlife and activity, this probably isn't the right neighborhood for you: It's a rather quiet area with lots of embassies and parks nearby. But if you prefer a somewhat more tranquil setting that is still urban (and accessible via metro and tram), this is a good choice. There aren't tons of restaurants and bars nearby, but there are a few. In addition to the quality of the rooms and the tranquil neighborhood atmosphere, the service and attentiveness of the staff is great. I didn't get the names of all of the people at the desk, but Milan was one. He and a couple of others were particularly helpful with transport info, activities, etc. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in Budapest once more. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, i was lucky to get a cozy room on 3rd floor with a view, went running in the parks across the street, small breakfast space but everything chosen with attention and care, chef asked if everything ok and if we want something special. Parking is limited to a few spots but manageable and for around 20€ per day. All in all, i enjoyed my stay and i would return here

Really nice hotel opposite Hero Sq. Staff provided great advice on local attractions including selling a ticket for open air baths, so was able to skip long queues. Good breakfast.

Good location near to heroes square and the park. Also not far from the metro. Rooms are ok, breakfast unfortunately not very good, awful coffee.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
