Beautiful location. Loved the beach. Excellent customer service. Well trained staff. Exceed all the expectations. I booked two nights for my wife’s birthday. The team arranged a delicious cake at Moqtaba hall. The whole team took care of it really well. I am looking forward to visit again.

Stayed as a family of 4 over the weekend. Check in was nice and quick. We were in the pool after 30minutes. Family room was set up nicely with the kids extra bedding. So far so good. Clientele is mostly Russian and so majority of the activities are catered to them- including the movie. Eating at the Italian restaurant on site was a highlight indeed. However when it came to the night time we had an issue with the music that happened in the outdoor square or whatever it’s called. As you can see from this video taken from outside our hotel room it’s pretty loud and bright and goes on until 1030pm. Yes it’s not super later HOWEVER it was a disturbance and unnecessary. Surely a resort as big as this could find another place to hold this ruckus that wasn’t in the middle of the rooms! This is not everyone’s cup of tea and last time I checked we all are paying guests NOT just those in attendance. Service was so-so. Had some stand outs like the man who helped us check in -khem or something. Delightful fellow. However this was dwarfed by some of the other servers who were downright rude and surly.

Stayed in this resort for one night in family room and it was very amazing experience. Accomodation was extremely comfortable for my family. All staff was extremely polite and helpful. All request were fulfilled promptly. Staff by name Sunday , front office staff who checked us in , restaurant staff were all very good.

Great hotel to spend time relaxing on the beach or by the pool. Rooms were large and comfortable. All staff very friendly and always smiling. Sunday's welcome to the hotel and daily chats with us was lovely. In the buffet restaurant, Gayan and Viola normally took hood care of us. In the Asian restaurant, Sarah and Christian were very welcoming and helpful. The spa was great, and I had a nice relaxing stress relieving massage with Tini.

The bielding is old, but not bed. Food - 3 of 5. Order to room so long and only for pay (even cola...). All inclusive system is very strange, is only 1 ice cream for 1 day, even if you have 2 or more kids, if you will get something - you must sign chek... We early chek out, deast relation lady did not give us lunch box, even for my son. Not recommend. Thank's a lot Nyky from main restaraunt

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
