        We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and we're eager to share our gratitude for the exceptional service we received. The front desk staff consistently displayed kindness that made our experience truly memorable. A special thank you to the restaurant staff, who added to the enjoyment of our meals. Although we can't recall the name of the gentleman who assisted my husband in orchestrating a surprise in our room, our gratitude knows no bounds. The surprise was a delightful touch that enhanced our stay. The cleaning crew deserves commendation for maintaining impeccable standards. Our surroundings were always pristine, contributing to the overall comfort of our stay. Feeling safe and secure during our visit was paramount, and the hotel exceeded our expectations in this regard.         Great hotel. Perfect location to walk Copacabana or Ipanema. 5 star service by their staff. “Jay” our bag service guy was awesome. Highly recommend getting a room with ocean view. It was beautiful. We ended up staying at Copacabana Palace for a couple days to wrap our trip up, but I would 100% stay at Miramar when we come back to Rio. Safe and secure location. Great people.

        Great value for the price. Incredibly nice and accommodating stuff. We've got and early check in, which was such a nice gesture after a long and exhausting flight. And we've got a free room upgrade because of my mom's birthday. Spacious, clean room. Amazing rooftop/pool views on Copacabana. Stuff was very helpful, even though there is no spa in the hotel they helped us arrange an appointment at the nearby hotel. Another great thing they exchange money for us to local currency with no fees, so we didn't have to look for a bank. Highly recommend.

        I find the hotel overrated for a five star hotel. The rooms, although set up to a high standard, comfortable and well soundproofed, were in dire need of a refresh. Tea and coffee in the room were not free of charge. The rooftop swimming pool is way smaller than expected, which is partially compensated by the views. On the other hand, the gym is probably the smallest one I have ever seen in a five star hotel, with half the equipment at the time out of order at the time. A definite positive of the hotel is the egg station on the breakfast, buffet, of which the spread is also excellent. All in all a decent hotel with excellent lobby staff, in a good location, However, not worthy of a five star price-tag and the rave reviews around. Still good, but only if relatively cheap.

        My experience with the Miramar Hotel by Windsor has been extremely negative. I made a reservation in June to spend the Christmas holidays. The reservation was canceled by the hotel three days prior to the arrival date. The hotel alleged that the credit card I introduced (multiple times) as payment method was not valid. I phoned the hotel to discuss the issue, being offered no solution and thus I was forced to make a new reservation three days before my planned trip, the price of the new reservation being almost double as the cancelled one. I introduced in the new reservation the exact same credit card that was denied multiple times on the cancelled reservation. The card was accepted. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I exposed this issue with the hotel personnel and requested a reimbursement in order to be charged the price of the cancelled reservation. The hotel personnel refused without providing any justification and referred me to Booking. I have raised the case to Booking, which is trying to act as intermediary and has tried to contact the hotel several times to request a reimbursement, while the hotel remains silent. I will initiate legal proceedings if this situation is not remedied in due course.

          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.
