This hotel presents a slight rating discrepancy, listed as 5 stars on Agoda and 4 stars on Google Maps. In my experience, it delivers exceptional 5-star service and impressive 4.5-star amenities. The staff's professionalism shines through, and the diverse breakfast, coupled with a charming restaurant offering picturesque garden and artificial falls views, enhances the stay. Notably, a hassle-free and complimentary late check-out adds to the positive experience. However, the bustling location on a crowded boulevard may pose a noise inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for its outstanding service and amenities, with the caveat of potential street noise.

We stayed here for 5 nights with kids. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel staffs are friendly as well. There is an indoor pool at level 2 and it was heated while we were there as it was December and the weather was cold. This hotel is excellent except perhaps for the location. As many reviewers shared, it requires a 5-8 minutes walk to the nearest train station. It is near some bus stops but we travelled mostly by train. Despite that, I think this hotel is great also because it is near Liaoning Night Market.

Had a fantastic stay at Miramar Garden Taipei Hotel! The room was very large and clean and had all the necessities. The location was decent, it’s a bit removed from all the tourist, food and shopping hubs but everything is easy to get to by public transport and there are two MRT stops within walking distance. By far the highlight of our stay though was the impeccable service here! All the staff were so friendly and really went above and beyond, including providing complimentary desserts and a bottle of wine as a new years celebration. Special shout out to Alan who helped us out heaps when we arrived and was even able to organise a room which had a view of Taipei 101 for the New Year’s Eve fireworks. Thank you all so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

Stayed for three nights and would recommend it. Rooms Service Swimming just excellent. We didn't try the food so can't comment. The only negative I can find is that there are no public places including the lobby where you can plug in your laptop and work.

Just checked in 24/12/2023. Surprise there was no toothbrush, toothpaste, no mineral water bottle. Have to go out and take your own water to boil. Only 1 hook to hang towel. But there's a door to open and walk thru the wardrobe. Which was out of expectations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
