An iconic 1930s built hotel with proper period decor and quaint vibe around it. Well maintained and preserved even the elevator is 30s style but was rebuilt with more modern touch (like voice announcement for the visually challenged). This small 3 star hotel stands out amongst the modern building in Roxas blvd. Rooms are well appointed , a few 3 star hotel i knew who provides guests with mini bar and clean disposable slippers! The restaurant offers filipino classics with a singer fir diner every Wednesdays and Friday night

The place is a throwback from the past with its art noveau architecture and decor, but with the modern creature comforts. It has strong internet wifi hotspots (but bedrooms are strictly for sleeping, aka no internet 😔). The best part of the hotel is its personnel. I was served with the best hospitality personnel, from the guard/doorman to their utility personnel. I really felt like the princess that I am. 🥰

If you're getting a US visa, it's better to stay here the night before as it's just on the other side of the road from the US embassy. The room is ok. The bathroom is ok. The aircon is noisy. I wasn't able to sleep since I felt like the bed was moving multiple times like there's a mild earthquake. Breakfast is plated, and it took almost an hr prior to serving. Staff are very friendly. They dont have free drinking water. Water is heated in the bathroom. They have wifi but slow. They have limited parking in front of the hotel.

Approachable staffs, safe location, clean rooms, interesting interior deco and architecture. The location is very accessible and convenient. We love the service and the overall vibe of the place.

Well this is one of the ancient places I've stayed in and price per night isn't expensive. Comfortable beds and seats in the room and most importantly is the cleanliness of the place. You should try staying here. Oh service is good and staff are very friendly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
