General = For Couples and families a good stay in. Price = Good value for the money Room= A very good and comfortable bed! No back pane! The bath especially the bath/shoer tab was filthy, could be more cleaned up or needs even a renovation. Service = Was good Breakfast = Breakfast was okay. It would be good to have more different fruits and more variety in coffee. Gym = The gym has everything you need to do your personal training. Pool = Nice view but a small pool. Looks bigger in the pictures.

Staff did not seem to value their coustomers. I felt like a criminal suspect when entering the lobby. Upon departure there were no staff available to help with luggage. The price was low but still not worth the value. Sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel.

It's glory days have passed, but good location and not bad price. A bit grubby. Lots of things don't work properly eg safe didn't work, took ages to fix, dripping from bathroom ceiling, musty smells from leaks. Very noisy air-conditioning didn't respond to adjustments of temperature on the remote etc.. Bed was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good and in a newly fitted out dining room. Pool was disappointingly small and the glazing was dirty so one couldn't enjoy the views - a real pity. Staff mixed in terms of helpfulness.

Came over from a hotel that was right on beach. This was cheaper and better. I liked the location and happy with our room, we asked for a higher room due to the noise in area and was given a room on the top floor. Although there was noise from water and some renovating going on, we were happy, lower floors are noisy bwcause of bar music across street. . Would recommend this place. -Ask for a higher floor, but just not the 17th floor.

Room was old need refund. Toilet flash was breaking even day. Room cleaner stole from us 3items from our bag. T-shirt, waist mony bag and phone charger cable that was zipped in the bag. Hotel located in perfect location. Staff friendly. Breakfast good. Hotel is next to a metro station which is very good . Hotel is in save area

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
