        We loved this hotel! The people were very friendly. It was the only hotel so far to acknowledge our honeymoon and they gave us a very sweet gift. Croissants were a yummy treat too. Room was lovely with lots of amenities. Thank you very much.

        We’ve travelled Japan for 3 weeks, staying in a total of 5 different hotels. Miru Kyoto Nishiki by far was the best out of all of them. In terms of location, price to quality, cleanliness but also hospitality. This was the only hotel where the personnel was genuinely interested in us. They asked us about our expierences and we even showed some pictures. It all felt very sincere and authentic. The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated elegantly. The croissant service is cute and tasty. They really thought of so much others don’t. There was amongst other things a nespresso machine, plates and cutlery and even an European plug. We would definitely book again if we ever were to visit Kyoto again. Keep up the good work guys!

        Perfect stay at this conveniently located boutique hotel. All the staff members we met were very helpful and went out of their way to help our group of 4 in any way they could. Laundry, taxi services, great advice—they did it all with a smile and incredible kindness. Highly recommend!!

        I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, including great pillows. The amenities include crockery and a bottle opener which was very convenient. But what makes this hotel extra special are the staff. They are warm, welcoming and their priority is making sure their guests have everything they need. I will be staying here again next time I come to Kyoto. Thank you!

        Very friendly, English-speaking reception with excellent communication skills. They were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very, very comfortable, modern, and there was an incredible attention to detail in terms of the various items in the room and also the housekeeping. We felt very comfortable there, especially since we had a long stay there. The refrigerator, nespresso machine, bluetooth speaker, and desk with work light, and on-site washer and dryer were all very nice to have for our long stay. The location is very good too. Sure, there are places with a *slightly* better location, but I would definitely say that the balance of good location, very comfortable accommodation, attention to detail, and great service make this one of the best choices in Kyoto. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we will certainly stay here again next time we return.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
