We stayed here as a family of 8. The customer service was friendly and good. They let us store the ice packs for our medication in their freezer, and they helped us with parking our rental van. The neighborhood is convenient and the rooms were surprisingly quiet. We had a good family experience.

Hotel is very old and location in very noisy and crowded eara, entrance is hidden and in a very narrow area even the driver complains from reaching it Toilet is not clean, not higyening, smelling bad, towels are torn and old. toilet is leaking water breakfast is below average room is not clean and the beds are not comfortable.

Disgusting treatment from management. A bunch of stinking magosinistic men that treat women like they're stupid. Their business moto is lying and thieving. Wished i looked at the bad reviews before booking here. Disgraceful.

In the middle of istqlal Road, only 1 minutel to everything all the staff are friendly and Rajab is the best, but make sure there's a fat bellboy wearing medical class be careful from him he's A big big big liar and tries to talk to you in friendly way, as he tries to steal your money. I had a problem with my room, and they changed it without arguing with me. Also, I lost my room card, and they gave me a new one without charging me. The problem with this hotel is that only the rooms which are next to the road are noisy as there are night club's.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
