I had an outstanding experience at this hotel. The level of service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Everything about my stay was absolutely perfect. My wife is Disabled and needed a walk in shower. The one in the room we got had a shower head that was not working. The repair man found the necessary parts needed and fixed the broken shower head to allow my wife to take a shower. Thi s is really good service with many good people who really cared about my wife who is Disabled. Overall we will continue to come to this good motel as they really cared about me and my wife.Thank you very much.

The room was located on the 3rd floor room 319. It was not super clean and smelled of mold and mildew. The carpet left our feet and socks black. Extremely loud all hours of the day my husband and I were woken by the workers on the roof along with housekeeping talking extremely loudly and laughing right outside our door at 6:40 am. Also someone's dog barking in their room all night we had maybe 4 hours of sleep our whole stay Along with creepy questionable people in the parking lot. Tried calling front desk and was left on hold for 48 minutes luckily we were already to check out. There are many other hotels around there I'd avoid it at all cost! We will definitely not be back.

This place is perfect for anyone on a budget. The rooms were comfortable, clean and cheap!! Parking was easy and location was amazing! The drive to SeaWorld was fast!! The staff was pleasant and there to help if needed. The best part about this hotel was their continental breakfast!!! They had something a little different each day but it was good... Waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, muffins and coffee!!! Honestly I was blown away at what they included for free. Overall the experience of staying there was awesome!! Does the place need some updating, yes. But for the value you can't beat this property. It was exactly what we needed and our stay was perfect. I felt safe, relaxed and my tummy full.

Great, accessible location right off the freeway and close to Old Town. We had one issue with the room that management quickly resolved. One of the beds was badly worn but the other side of it was ok. Breakfast was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
