We booked a family room capable of accommodating 8 people. The rooms are clean and undisturbed, offering a peaceful stay away from other guests. Considering the pleasant experience, you might even consider purchasing the entire resort. Only a 5-minute drive to Nuwara Eliya town, the location is superb, providing a picturesque view of the city from the villa. Overall, it was a great stay.

This not a place for a decent family and never recommend the place. View is somewhat ok. However the service is well poor and the person who mange the place (He said he is the owner) is not a professional and way he talks to clients is very bad. The old Tamil man gave us a support to carry our baggage and the stuff and he was the only person can recommend their. The road to the hotel is a disaster though they confirmed the travelling is super easy while our telephone conversation. Rooms are not well clean and with full of dirty and stinky. As I feel, they've not cleaned the room for a long time. Hot water does not work time to time and power was cut around 1.0 pm until we inform them in the morning and heaters does not work properly. Even thought the price were publish on online were differed at the time we were going reserve the place. Published rate was around Rs.5000/- but they charged us 18,500 for two rooms and payment were collected to a personal account not to business account. DO NOT TRUST the misleading information about the room conditions and service. Worst experience in my travel life.

Last visit Sep 2023. Absolutely amazing view. Ideal for romantic getaways. Very friendly staff willing to do everything possible to delight the guest. If you are on a romantic holiday you can request for the chalets. Garden is well maintained with lot of flowers blooming all year round. Food is amazing we only had the breakfast but it was awesome. Cons: It is a difficult drive uphill. My 1000cc car refuse to climb the last 30m. I had to park in someone else's garage. So faraway from the city you don't feel like coming down. Parking is for 3 to 4 vehicle anything more is a challenge. But the food and friendly staff will make you feel like you wanna go there again.

My stay at Misty Mountain Villas was really nice. The hotel had a good view of the hills and the lake. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The prices were reasonable too. But little bit difficult to going to this place because it is situated in high elevation. Overall, I had a pleasant time and would recommend this hotel.

Not sure how this property has good reviews. I visited in August 2023 and got a terrible experience. Don’t fall of pictures. The location is not convenient. You will need to hire overpriced tuk tuk if you intend to go to the city during your stay. No restaurants nearby , You will end up ordering food in house or you will need a tuk tuk to the city. Booked four rooms for two nights and I was told I will get single villa. However at the time of arriving they give us different rooms at different places. I cancelled the 2nd night with an extra charge for cancellation. No water or tissues provided. no much amenities. Couldn’t sleep in the night due to some local guests who were having loud music in the night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
