We spent three nights here and chose it due to the proximity to Tokyo station. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are helpful. The rooms are the usual size you expect for Japan, the bed and pillows were comfortable and we didn't hear any noise from outside our room. You can get to and from Tokyo Station via the underground mall which has an entry just down from the hotel entrance.

We stayed three nights in a Superior Queen room, which was very spacious by Japanese standards. The long and wide entrance meant we could pack/unpack/store our suitcases away from the bedroom area. Japanese hotels in general get top marks from us for noise insulation. Our room at Mitsui Garden was very quiet, with virtually no street noise, and we certainly could not hear other guests in neighbouring rooms. The bed was very comfortable. Despite its proximity to Tokyo Station, the Kyobashi neighbourhood is relatively serene and it was a pleasure to walk through. There are many cafes and eateries close by. The hotel decor was very appealing and, of course, the staff were very polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend.

Stayed here for 4 nights on our first trip to Japan. The location cannot be beat. Close to Tokyo station so it was ideal for seeing the city. The staff was attentive and friendly and spoke English. When you check in and out they have you use a kiosk which is easy to use. They cleaned our room every day which was great. The beds are firm but comfortable (no springs or lumps) so I ended up sleeping really well. One downside is I'm a hot sleeper and they only use a duvet for covers and it was too warm for me at night. The air conditioning works well in the room so we were always comfortable (me minus the duvet !) A bottle of water was included each night of your stay. Would totally stay here again.

The pricing, however, tends towards the higher side, considering the overall experience.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, great location just 3-5 mins walk to Tokyo station. Walk down to ginza area just 10 mins, many choices of restaurant and bar. Lobby is 2nd floor, free basic coffee and tea until 10 pm. (Don’t expect too much). No noise from the street. Helpful staff. i like amenities; cotton pads with white hair elastic, you can grab it in front of the lift.
