Wonderful hotel. The staff were incredible. Our previous hotel lost our luggage as we used the luggage forwarding service however the staff at the Mitsui kept us updated until they found it a few hours later. Due to having a large tattoo I was unable to use the public bath however they do offer stickers for small tattoos. My wife used the public bath every evening and really enjoyed it.

Good tourist and business hotel on a commercial street of Kyoto. What I appreciated: + good and relatively central location + communal bath available for the customers + close to metro station and bus stop + decent breakfast (Japanese and more international food) + complimentary bottles of water at arrival and complimentary amenities available free of charge in the lobby + staff is helpful + overall good value for money What I would improve: - small rooms - breakfast choice somehow limited (not much bread or fresh fruits). One coffee machine is simply not enough for all guests

A luxurious hotel for cheap, just off of the main strip can't go wrong. Hotel staff are kind and enthusiastic helped us check in with no hassle. Rooms are all you'd need and for cheap you can't go wrong. 5/5

Nice hotel. Disgusting disgusting awful awful breakfast. It ruined my mood. Great if you like Japanese food. Even then it’s weird. But you really need some western foods. Pasta is lunch. Not breakfast. I spent 2200 yen on cereal and coffee because I don’t want Japanese food or western lunch for breakfast. It is super disgusting and really made my day start off on the wrong food. You have eggs. Make them friend. You can easily get some sausages and bacon. Come on. Also the bath had someone else’s hair in it and was Moldy on the sides. That’s bad. Front desk staff were nice. I was hit with a 200 yen tax on checking in. That made me mad too. No warning.

Great hotel in Kyoto, located in a central location, walk distance from Gion (15-20 min) The rooms are super clean and nice, the stuff at the reception are super friendly. Loved this hotel, and it’s really affordable.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
