We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well kept. They stored our luggage after checkout until later in the afternoon. It located within walking distance from the subway station.

Perfect traditional like Japanese hotel. Excellent service and warm welcoming. Rooms without windows but so pretty and clean. Only tea in rooms. Had to get coffee downstairs but accommodating. Close to train station. Easy to get food and travel in and out. Lots of cabs at the station too. Luggage service. Comfy beds. Jinbei provided. Super comfy also. The only downfall was the laundry. Need more machines and took forever to dry clothes. Had to hang some in room. Would def stay again. 💯 %

Amazing friendly staff and lovely rooms! Enjoyed our stay here as its in a perfect location, literally a 1 minute walk from Kyoto station. The only downside is that you cannot see out of the window and our tea cups / tea bags were not replaced during service.

Service is very good, helped us in taxi booking and luggage transfer. Rooms are neat and cozy. Location is super convenient just next to Kyoto station. Highly recommended!

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
