Great location with easy access to all stations, bus or taxi. Clean rooms with all amenities. Very polite and helpful staff, we had quick check inn and check out. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Tokyo for holidays or business. Definitely coming back here on our next visit. We stayed for 7 nights.

We stayed 7 nights. In a seedy side of town with lots of loud people up late and drunk people walking the streets in the mornings. I'm not quite sure what the role of the people at the reception desks is- they say they are not a concierge so will not help you to make bookings, they have self check in kiosks and don't show you to your room or help with your bags, they don't give you change for the on-site coin laundry machines; perhaps their role is to reject your requests for help. Additionally, they have some peculiar ways of operating- for example, they will not do house keeping with you in the room- instead, they passed me the sheets to change myself. Rooms were aged, dusty, dark, and small. For a 4-star hotel, I did not expect single ply toilet paper or towels so small they barely covered my behind. The gym was appalling. All the equipment was covered in dust. There were only cardio machines. Not even a single dumbbell. They did not provide towels or wipes to wipe off the machines after use. There are many better places to stay for cheaper in Tokyo.

New hotel in good position to visit Tokyo. Good rooms, well equipped. A BIG minus, the breakfast. For the 4 stars hotel, with a rate per day over 200 Euro, at breakfast, you can choose from ONLY 4 main course, one and that's all. We have coffee, tea, ....etc, free of charge( we have been very happy....). Only one type of bread (always you have to ask for), only salt butter!!!!, and that's all.

I stayed in the Hollywood twin for a week. The rooms are Noisy with karaoke or club music echoing until 3-4 am. The rooms are not pristine like in proper hotels, it is often left dusty and trash is not all cleaned up the location is somewhat convenient but it’s better at grand Hyatt on the topping I hills side. The front staff could be replaced by the automated check in systems for they are useless. The card key system prevents you from ordering in despite there is no concierge nor room service. You are paying for a badly layed out echo-chamber. It is amazing thry still have stars who are they bribing? The food at the restaurant is overpriced for tasteless fast-food. Japanese Macdonald tastes better than this.

What a nightmare, AVOID AT ALL COST! Husband booked for a solo business trip for a week and service, especially cleanliness is BAD. Short housekeeping time, if you need to rest during the cleaning timeframe, you’re out of luck. They’re not even going to change your towels. Noise level is TERRIBLE! Karaoke, yelling, street noise at all hours of the night. How is this a FOUR STAR hotel under the Mitsui brand (premier at that) is a mystery. Should have combed through more reviews as cleanliness apparently has been an issue for months and nothing has been done about it. I don’t know why they even bother replying to reviews anymore. No concierge. No bell service to help with luggage. NO ROOM SERVICE. Improper cleaning. A 4 star?! Unbelievable. At this price point, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
