I really enjoyed my week long accommodation at this hotel, it was as advertised in the photos which is always nice; got what I expected and more importantly in many ways. Clean, comfortable, beautifully designed interior and rooms, excellent service, awesome views and great location. I stayed in 3 different rooms, started in the Executive Corner King suite, top floor. Had a view of Mt. Fuji, the canal and the city which all look sweet at night and during the daylight hours. Room is plenty spacious, comfortable and well laid out. Something about taking a bath and shower with Mt. Fuji staring back at you was profoundly cool. Really took my time in there, must have bathed a dozen times in the 2 nights I spent in this suite. Next was the Deluxe King with Bath View suite, top floor. Same great bed and view as the corner, just reduced to a single non wrap around window. Same view from the tub, which again, totally worth it, very romance. Tip: to avoid fogging up the window, take a bath instead of a shower. I believe that was the intention of the design. It just fogs up when you shower, but running a hot bath did not cause any fogging up whatsoever. Spent 4 nights in this room. Final room was the Moderate Double. Spent 1 night here. Great bed, room was plenty big, nice view of the city. Bathroom pales in comparison to the other two of course, but still more than enough to get cleaned up. Overall, highly recommend, especially due to hotel location, basement is packed with many restaurants, close proximity to all of Tokyo with the metro access in the basement floor, and Toyosu itself is a nice place for a pleasant stroll. Favourite aspect of the hotel’s design, was probably the basement floor and 1st floor near the elevators; with the atmospheric music playing and the dungeon style hallways, it resembles a classic video game with a dungeon level, felt like I was on a quest. One note regarding staff, I received the same great service regardless of which room I stayed in during each of my 3 separate check-ins, which isn’t always the case with some hotels. Really cool staff.

Best hotel views that you could ever experience. Rooms were quality and clean. Little stinky initially but I kept the dehumidifier on and it cleared up overnight. Location is a little far from everything else but they have some restaurants in their mini mall area just outside the building. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was pretty good. Sake and cocktails at the bar were pretty great- English speaking bartender.

convenient hotel. be mindful to do your laundry else where. the hotel advertises 6 laundry machines but you can only access the 2 that are on your floor. the other 4 are on the other 2 floors that you can’t access. also, when viewing the laundry status on your TV, funny thing is they show a picture of 3 laundry machines in one space when there is only 2 on each floor. where did that picture come from? not from this hotel that’s for sure.

View of hotel is simply stunning overlooking Tokyo Bay and rainbow bridge. Room is very comfortable and quiet, bed especially, and the famous Mitsui Garden public bath is as expected nice. The hotel may be a bit distant from main Tokyo tourist districts but still very convenient if you need some shopping and easy dinings. Service is not to the price level yet ok. Possible to visit again next time in Tokyo.

We've spent 3 nights in the hotel. The view from the lobby is just amazing. The room we had was very comfortable and the size was enough for us. The public onsen is very beautifull and clean.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
