I would have give better rating if I could. Room is clean, new and most important with a balcony for this rate. Amenities are all provided. Providing free drinks like juices or coffee all day long within hotel, only alcohol needs to pay. Hotel is just a less than 5 min walk to nearest station and 1 stop away from attraction. Surrounding has 24 hours supermarket and opposite has restaurants, cafe and 7-11. Will recommend this hotel seriously!

Perfect! We stayed 4 nights. Rooms are big enough (we had 2 big suitcases), well furnished and got everything you need (and more). Great choice for breakfast (Asian and continental food). Hotel extra clean and neat! Not far away from Dotonbori (walking distance), subway stations all around too. What we loved more was actually the lobby. Nice place to relax after a long day of visits. Drinks for free (coffee and teas, sodas ...) (non alcoholic) and functional laundry room. The cherry on the cake : wonderful Staff ! Nice, efficient and pro!

The beds here were super comfy. The hotel itself is lovely and clean and has lots of amenities. We used the laundry room whilst here and the cleaners are also so friendly and kind. The rooms are really spacious and the bathrooms are beautiful! The subway is only a 4 min walk away so easy to get to and from places. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area, whether you’re alone or with a partner or group. Easy automated check in and our service as well was a plus! For such a large hotel it could have done with more washers and dryers as I can imagine it gets very busy! Nothing was bad at all for our visit!

This hotel has definitely exceeded our expectation. Everything was perfect, I can't think of anything that I really didn't like. The washroom and shower area was a huge bonus, there is both a shower and a bathtub inside a large closed shower area. The room was very spacious for Osaka. The location was perfect and easily accessible with public transport. The city center and the amazing Dontobori street food heaven are accessible on food (1-2km walk).

Decent hotel and amenities. Clean, cozy and easy access to subway line as well as convenient stores and grocery options. There was one particular male staff that is less than stellar to deal with. He never greets guests and just looks like he has somewhere better to be. Not sure why he is working in hospitality if he doesn’t want to smile and be warm to guests. This stuck out in my mind and does create a bad impression when checking in. The room was fine. It was clean and provided a good nights sleep.
