My review is just for parking. $45 for parking if you stay for more than 10 minutes their sign says $18 with fine print or 10 min or less. They should just be honest and put their actual price on their sign.

Immaculately clean hotel with polite staff and plenty of security. It is literally right next to the Little Tokyo outdoor plaza which is a must visit. I felt completely safe in this hotel and the staff were very helpful and patient. There is a café inside that has Japanese style baked goods which are very high quality and delicious.

The experience with Miyako Hotel in Los Angeles is the place to stay in this area. The staff has excellent capabilities to run this efficiently. The staff team member at front desk went out of his normal routine to assist a customer and if only there was a way to show my gratitude. I would recommend this staff member at the front desk for "the employee of the month". Great hospitality and warmth eminates from this establishment. Its worth booking. Thank you for the warmth and hospitality you extended to my family.

My wife and I stayed at the Miyako Hotel in Little Tokyo during our recent vacation to Los Angeles. We loved its quiet atmosphere, especially after a long day exploring the city. The hotel also has a great bakery in the lobby, and we were within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The 24 hour security was reassuring, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would 100% stay again when in Los Angeles.

Be careful staying here if you want SLIPPERS. I was told they didn't have any and the next day apparently SLIPPERS are only available for floors 9 and up. This shows that they are not organized. Never had this happen before which I why chose this location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
