Regrettably had to stay here on business. Very dodgy location. Check in was done via a screen on the street - not very secure. Rooms were basic, it wasn't overly clean. Extremely noisy throughout the night with people shouting, screaming, loud music, cars beeping horns. I must have been unlucky but I happily I will never go here again.

SCAM HOTEL! You have been warned. Booked a 3-week stay here on AirBnB (over a month ahead of time). And even asked them a question about the property. All I got was multiple automated messages saying they were too busy to answer emails on time. They also asked you not to send any more contact requests. On the morning of the day I arrive, I woke up to see a price-change request from the AirBnB host wanting $800 more. But the AirBnB offer said that if I rejected the price request, the reservation would stay the same. So I rejected it. When I got off the plane, someone from the property wrote back to me saying the price was mistakenly set too low. And since I refused their last-minute pricing adjustment, the reservation is cancelled and no longer available to me. They took zero responsibility for their mistake, zero discounts or compromises, or anything to help me out last minute. You'd think this crappy experience ends here but no... They did NOT cancel the reservation. And since it's not cancelled, my money was not refunded for me to book another place. Now if I try to cancel it myself, then I don't get a full refund. Now you see the problem. I had to contact AirBnB and wait a whole 12 hours for AirBnB to manually cancel and refund me. I went through to the hassle of having to book another place extremely last minute (11pm after arriving from long flights). Never again. I have a famous blog too...will make sure you guys get the attention you deserve.

Not as bad as some of the reviews make it. The area around the hotel is fine and safe, yes the red light district is 2 blocks away, but you wouldn’t even know it was that close. 5 minute walk from the central train station. Rooms are well equipped, clean, and spacious. No a/c so it could get a bit warm in the summer time. Wifi worked fine. The gym wasn’t really in operation when I was there.

Things didn't start well as I didn't receive a proper confirmation of the booking on Airbnb. I kept receiving (almost 4 times in a 1 month frame) that the standard was busy and that we shouldn't send any message back. After 2 weeks of this, I had to call myself to make sure the reservation was confirmed (even then, I had to call the English standard as the German one was unreachable). To check in, you need to fill your info on a big screen in the street (great for data protection!) which delivers a key to open the front door and your room. You can also do it by scanning a QR code. However, the machine couldn't deliver any card because of a problem, saying we took it back to early ; and we didn't have any battery after a 24h trip (not to mention people who don't have internet in foreign countries?). I rang at the hotel, and the receptionist was really rude, saying that "the system works for 5 years now" and when I told him that we had no battery on our phones, he wouldn't believe us. He then said he would help but no one came at the door nor didn't anything to get us in. Some people opened the door and I was able to charge my phone in the gloomy corridor, from there I could do everything online (turns out he had send an email to check in, helpful when you have no battery). The location is very practical, but the room was very noisy, you hear as much the street as the people coming back to their room. The blankets are small, German style (i.e. 2 small blanket in a double bed), and the room is not warm, so you better be prepared. There were also no power outlet nor light on one side of the bed. We took this hotel thinking that for one night, it would be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I made a reservation for the 9th and it was raining. They couldn’t give me a key through their automated system. In spite of many calls, no one answered. It was raining. I wasted my time. Never book this hotel. I have never had an experience like this in my life. O stars. Disclaimer: Don’t book this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
