Stayed here for Oktoberfest. Overall was clean and got the job done but not my favorite stay. Not the best street to walk alone on at night but it was fine when it was busy with people during the fest. Rooms were super small but again you get what you pay for. It was clean so can’t complain. Took them hours to bring up an iron but i think they must have been super busy with Oktoberfest. Walking distance to some thrift stores and outlet stores for last minute Oktoberfest outfits! Room was really hot at night and difficult to cool down. Would rate like a 3.7/5

The photos look better than in person, and the rooms during the summer months are boiling!!! Cleanliness is also minimal at best. Only a few of the staff were friendly and helpful, with one of them taking good feedback when we shared our insights. The fan is also the weakest fan ever! In many European countries, air conditioning isn’t a thing, but please invest in good-quality fans. Just to put it in perspective, I had to fully wet a towel with cold water in the middle of the night to cool me down. By the morning, it was already dry from the heat. My partner was washing her hands and standing in the tile next to the shower, and her foot burned from whatever was making the tiles so hot… maybe the boiler or something. It is not acceptable, considering how Germany has high standards for everything and how much you pay. Overall our experience wasn’t the best, and we wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

The room was boiling even though the outside temperature overnight was 16 degrees. There's no A/C and the fan was the weakest one I have ever seen. I got waken up a few times by people yelling and glass bottle breaking on the street, the sirens and of course, the boiling indoor temperature. The window could only be open for an inch and there's zero air flow. The design of the room was weird. The shower was located next to the bed separated by a big piece of slightly tan glass. I am not a fan of it. The two stars are for the breakfast and the staff. Overall, I didn't enjoy the stay.

Hotel is very nice and closed to everything Rooms are decent size for a short stay, bed pillows very uncomfortable though. There are 2 girls at the reception, one is lovely. The other one is so rude and unaccommodating. We arrived at 2.45 and she said check is was at 3 and she would not let us to the room, while I had an email saying my room was ready. On departure I walked to pick up my bags in while she was having breakfast with colleagues (I guess) and she couldn’t bother to stand or pretend to greet us, she barely said goodbye with a very annoyed looked.

The hotel is near the central station and it is easy to reach the city center. However, the environment is dangerous with stripclubs along the road. The room i got is spacious, but different from the photos of the room that I booked. With the heater at the other end of the room, the bed is very cold. The room's floor needs to be renovated.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
