This hotel was a great find. It is walking distance from the Ancient Town, located on a main road and easy to get to. We were going to reach very late in the night due to our flights and they were ready for us. It was raining heavily due to Central Vietnam storm and the bell boys made sure we did not get wet at all on our way from the car to the lobby. I absolutely love the lobby with welcoming sofas and bright colours. The front desk was helpful. The room was clean and functional, with a nice balcony. They upgraded our second room so we could have both rooms together, with a view of the pool and a bit of the city (although I had requested city view, but honestly pool view is better because the hotel is only two storeys so you can't really see the city properly). The complimentary breakfast was really nice. The spread was good even for a vegetarian like me, and the service was excellent. The hotel allowed us half an hour extra on check in (however, they did not inform us that the key cards are programmed only till 12, which created some confusion at our end and made the check out unpleasant for me, but they still kept a positive attitude about things.) Overall, I'd stay here again and highly recommend it especially to English speaking international travellers.

Very comfortable stay we had. Rooms were nice and functional. Electric kettle, fridge etc were provided. The hotel has a very big and nice swimming pool. In fact our room was facing this swimming pool. The hotel has nice restaurants for dining in. The hotel also has a nice spa. Good breakfast was given complementary. Every item in the Breakfast was tasty. Decor of the hotel is nice. The upholstery in the Room is very nice with beautiful matching colours. Must say that this hotel is a good choice.

Absolutely amazing place we stay here every year and the Staff are just Fabulous, perfect location fantastic rooms and service is the best . My wife and I highly recommend EMM hotel in Hoi An will be coming back here every year . Love your Hotel 🥰🥰 and it's so close to everything including Ancient Town. And the Staff always remember you ❤️

We were on a tour and had an extra day in Hoi An which was perfect at this hotel. Close to all the fun of Hoi An, lovely comfortable rooms, great breakfast and wonderful pool which was dipped into at least once each day for a welcome swim and cool off.

Hi, We had a really good time at Emm hôtel in Hoi An. The staff members are really welcoming, professionnal and the nicest ! We enjoyed the swimming pool and our room was very cosy. The city of Hoi An is full of charm and history, and we love Cao Lâo !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
