The facilitates in the room is fair in general. However the toilet and bathroom water supply system should be improved as the hot and cold water somehow have some problem and on a few occasion while bathing they just running not too smooth. My family had a really good sleep for four nights, which is amazing. My two infants was very excited once they entered the room. Here I experienced a team of friendly and helpful crew and in general my 5days stay was very pleasant. Given that the room rate was comparatively low as to other hotels, I would still consider this was a good deal taking into account the imperfect situation above mentioned. No bugs bites or allergies was found lol.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. TERRIBLE BATHROOM We stayed 4 nights w Mmmio II and the stay was not so pleasant. The apartment looks more or less the same as in photos, just dirtier with spider web on the lamp in the room but it’s industrial style and it’s 2 stars so I accepted it. However, our room was on the G/floor, same as the reception desk. We heard noise and laughter at 2-3 am at several nights which was super annoying and disturbing our rest. The noise continued after we expressed our opinion on the second night… We suspected the noise was from the staff as there were 3 girls sitting together at the reception. Also, there was no housekeeping at all. There was just a small bin in the room and no one emptied the bin after the first two days. So I informed the desk and the following day the bin was empty but again no housekeeping on the day after. I had to empty the trash by myself… The bathroom was a nightmare. First, the toilet bowl is problematic. There’s not enough room for the cover to stand so either you have the cover resting on your back while you are using the toilet bowl, or like our case, remove the cover by hand before use. Both ways are disgusting. Second, the drainage was poorly designed and it’s outside the bath cubicle. We had 4 in the family. After the first one showered, the whole bathroom was flooded so we had to wait after the water drained before the next one could shower. In short, the hotel did not worth the price and the bathroom was obviously poorly designed…

If you work remotely and want to spend a few hours indoor, this isn't the place for you. Its very dark, and the chair is uncomfortable for working, plus the internet is weak. This place is for someone who just need a place to sleep. Also, the sink area is kinda gross .. it's not inside the bathroom and it feels like a butcher counter. They staff are friendly and accommodating. Laundry is expensive, for one Kilo they charge $25 CAD or maybe USD. The only thing I liked about this place was the location. You will be in an interesting neighborhood, full of young people, restaurants and cute alleys.

As others have mentioned, the staff is cheerful and very helpful but the property is dirty with cobwebs in the corners and cluttered with broken items among the decor. The sheets and towels are threadbare and torn in places. The toilet (only one for 5 people) was clogged. On the better side, the neighborhood is lively and it all feels very safe.

Very good place for people with low budget only for sleep.. Staff is friendly and cheerful.. Is not far away from e mart and 7-eleven, strategic place to go from anywhere.. Lot of cafe and lounge nearby..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
