I can't talk on behalf of everyone but my stay was excellent. You can't match the price here. The bed was really comfortable. It is on main Street, just after 4 mins drive you can explore many food options and bars. Arches national Park is also very close to this property. Breakfast is included with some limited options but worth it especially at this price. They have the option to fill water anytime. Also 24*7 facilities for coffee.

I stayed here in June 2023. I booked this after reading the reviews. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I was in Room # 121. The location is great but this is where the pros end. The room needs a good scrubbing and updating. Linens were scratchy, pillows flat and hard. The bedspread felt and smelled like it had not been recently laundered. This is a place that does NOT launder ALL their linens after each guest? Yuck!! The side door lock was broken. When I told the front desk, they said they leave it unlocked.? Breakfast was cold cereal and milk. Nothing fresh or cooked. NEVER AGAIN!! Move on and look for better accommodations!

We spent four nights at this motel in late July of this year. And was quite happy, The rooms were clean, the beds were, comfortable and everything in the room, from the TV to the Wi-fi worked great. The housekeeping staff was courteous and diligent in their work. Even though the pool was not open, we didn't come to Moab to use the pool, we came to see the sights and enjoy the beauty of the area. No complaints at all. I like the fact that the location is on the north edge of town.

Room was cheaper than the other motels but you get what you pay for. Room wasnt dirty but needed a good scrub. issues with the bathroom that front desk staff seemed uninterested in Staff at breakfast were downright rude and unhelpful. I really dont like giving negative feedback but there wasnt anyone on reception when we were checking out so we couldnt discuss the issues. The pool was not operational despite being advertised. we checked out early and went elsewhere.

I would not stay here again even if they paid me!!! Dirty floors, terrible service, gross food, hard beds, rock hard pillows, (no extras ever), no shampoo, dirty sheets, foul smell. Geez, typically I can stay anywhere but this was the worse in 47 years. I’d rather sleep in the desert. I went to the front desk and stood there waiting for someone to show up or answer for 30 minutes then finally a guy pokes his head out of the door and says I can’t help you, try someone in housekeeping. Housekeeping then tells me that the same man is the only one who can help me check out, finally I just gave up”. This is the worst motel I’ve ever experienced
