Very great hotel! Firstly the location, there are many bus stops and metro stations nearby, very close to the Champs Elysees and the Louvre. Secondly the safety, the neighbourhood streets are very clean and the quality of the people is very high, never had any unpleasant incidents. Third is the attitude of the staff, it is very warm, when you come back to the hotel after a tiring journey, it is as warm as home. Fourth is the interior of the room, without a doubt the cleanest room I have ever stayed in, the brightness of the lighting and the lack of dead space makes the room comfortable and relaxing. Fifthly, the room had a complimentary very large bottle of water, which was very generous compared to other hotels, and in the morning the hotel also provided a light lunch with bread and snacks, as well as orange and apple juice, which was really great! There is no doubt that I will continue to choose this hotel for my next visit to Paris, it was really great!

All the staff are really polite and friendly. A hotel where you will definitely feel like at home. room cleaning was perfect. It may be more expensive than other accommodation options, but it will definitely be worth the money you pay. If you are planning to stay here there is no need to doubt, just go and enjoy. Stayed at this hotel for what was originally supposed to be a 5 night stay into what will now be a 6 night stay (thank you for squeezing us in last minute!) due to travel issues… nonetheless, the staff here is excellent, especially Karim and Vaiana. Vaiana assisted in checking us in and throughly explained everything, Karim took our bags upstairs and assisted with all other questions we had throughout our stay, they both provided the most exceptional care honestly and Karim went above and beyond! As someone coming from the US, you’re not entirely sure what to expect, and they really helped ease the way for us. All the staff are friendly and nice and greet you when they see you! Will definitely come back here when I come back on my 2nd trip to Paris (hopefully soon)!

I booked via bookingcom, provided credit card details and got a confirmation. Then the hotel asked me directly to fill in my credit card details again, in some French website adding, that if I don't do that, they will cancel my reservation. I refused ofcourse. Even Bookingcom warns their customers not to share credit card details with the hotel. Today my reservation was canceled. Seriously? I would be very careful in booking a room in this hotel

Great location, in walking distance from all the major attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great value for the money paid. Staff were very welcoming and attentive.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
