Worst welcoming experience i had ever seen. We came to hotel to stay. Because kids really wanted to have a big bath. We kindly asked, can we see the room before we pay. She said no, i asked why, because we will stay here and we just wanted to see. This is how she answered. “What if you booked from internet, what would you do?” Its against our policy… well if showing the room is against policy. Well we stayed many hotels, never saw something like this…i alsa said. I will write my experience to internet. She said “sure you can”. So most welcomming places spacially with 2 young kids and after 4 hour drive. Maybie i am unlucky. So i hope you may enjoy…

Excellent experience,Stergios, front dask was super welcoming and helpful. Rooms are super clean and big just like in the photo. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. Definitely the spot In Thessaloniki, Greece. Once again big thank you to Stergios.

Stergios was the star of the show! Coming from America I am impressed! He was very friendly, accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable, and hospitable. The rooms were very nice and clean as well. That is less important to me than the welcoming greeting I received from STERGIOS when we arrived. Thank you very much Stergios.

Luxurious convenience. The absolute city hotel. Stylish and functional. The rooms are spotless and quiet. The service is prompt and friendly while very professional. The common areas are stylish and offer business meeting spots with privacy and comfort. The locations is excellent as this hotel is right in the heart of Thessaloniki. My top choice for business or shopping city hotel in Thessaloniki.

Marble from floor to ceiling. Absolutely stunning. The staff is so nice and helpful. They opened our wine bottles and even gave us wine recommendations at a low price. Bed was majestic

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
