I would give them a 6 or 7 overall. The hot water pipes were very loud and our room was very noisy. This was reported to front desk staff. The room didn’t have enough light. I know that’s a very common practice to not have overhead lighting but at night it was very frustrating to not have enough light. Our rooms were not cleaned on January even though we were gone from the room for most of the day. It was reported but the cleaning staff was gone for the day. Disappointing. Also, the facilities while we were there weren’t open for a lot of the time yet we paid for the full daily “resort fee”…or whatever that was called. We understand that there was training happening but still most of the facilities were closed down for more than half our stay. Still paid the full price though 😞 The reason I would still score it a 6 or 7 is because the staff were friendly, the place was clean! and it was a great location. But I am very honest when I do surveys and also Google reviews because I like to rely on what other people tell me about their experiences. I think if the hotel was serious above the surveys they should reach out in response to a complaint about being “overcharged” with the daily “resort fee” - with lack of open facilities and non room cleaning. Probably won’t do anything, but they should. UPDATE: as you can see the owner / management of this property took the time to respond to my review. First I would like to say thank you very much for taking the time to respond, and second I would like to share that they were also fair in providing good will for our disappointment about the lack of amenities available during our stay. Very professional and fair. Would definitely consider revisiting this hotel based on this effort. Thanks again.

I stayed here about a month ago and I write this review as I sit in a different, nearby hotel reminiscing on my stay and wishing I was there & not here lol. From the moment I walked in the staff was super kind and helpful. Shout out to the woman with golden wavy hair, you are so welcoming & knowledgeable. Everything about this hotel is beautiful— the rooms, rooftop, bar, view. It is super clean. The rooms are big, beautifully decorated, and come with blackout curtains. The bed and bedding was super comfy and the shower was lovely. The toiletries provided are high quality and the robes are super comfy. The cleaners were always nice and did a great job (be sure to tip them). The neighborhood was bustling & cute, but not too overwhelming. The only thing I would note is that the pool is pretty small, but I don’t think that’s very important with how amazing everything else was. Stay here! You won’t regret it.
