        If i could give less than 1 star, i would. Hands down the worst hotel i’ve ever been in. Please avoid it at all costs. All the rooms we’ve tried had mold in them. I couldn’t stop sneezing and my nose became all red. The rooms have no maintenance, the wifi is non existant, the staff is not trained, the front desk is terrible, the smell is horrible. How they got 4 stars is beyond me.

        My experience AT MAGADOR MANZEH was as follows: 1. On our arrival (at night) we have been met by a guy at the reception who was too arrogant and made us feel NOT welcome, we felt like we owed him something, he would not smile or look at us in the eye. he was terrible and very unprofessional. I will check if he is still there before I book next time 2. He said that we need to pay taxes on our booking which we gladly did but when we asked him for a receipt he refused to provide us with one. 3. When we were given the keys we then been handed over to this gentleman to take us to our apartment. He used every tactic possible to extract tips from us.. he was seriously corrupt. 4. The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing and did their job as best as they could with a massive smile on top. 5. I have stayed many times in magador menzeh before and the condition of the appartments were good but this time I have noticed that neglect has taken over. repairs or maintenance is needed together with better trained / trustworthy staff. 6. The staff at the reception wearing lightly blue suit jackets are VERY arrogant. this goes for both night and day staff, I think they could be the mangers, Not sure. END

        Arrived by night, hotel reception took forever to give us cards. Didn’t know it was so hard to code a Nfc card. They were lacking on the costumer service part. The hotel has no link to the pictures advertised. I have no clue how can this hotel be 4 stars!. The AC doesn’t work at all and it’s 43°c in here. Sink was clogged and after talking to the receptionist it took then around 3hrs to arrive and fix it. The refrigerator is more of a turbocharged aircraft engine that may go on a jetliner with all the noise it makes i had to unplug it. I do not recommend this hotel.

        The place is just ok. Front desk lacks customer service, Room is 4/10 , No wifi connection, even though it is advertised. Parking was supposed to be free, however, there is one or two a Guys that will be asking to get paid for parking and the Pool is not clean .

        Not recommended not very welcoming hotel and it doesn’t accept guests and we pay extra for idont know what reason , the room is okay but nothing works .
