One of the best boutique hotels we stayed in Japan. We stayed in their garden suite which looked over a curated stone garden setting from the floor-to-ceiling window. Their service was impeccable. Each day their room-service breakfast was different during our 3-night stay. We were most impressed with the Japanese breakfast on our first night. Their bar was another highlight of the architect’s creations. The ceiling light shone beautifully on the crafted cocktails via the layered ceiling panels but do not dazzle the customers and bartender. It was a thoughtful and clever layout. We noticed a similar idea of light effect subtly implemented throughout the hotel. They also used the absolute best of the Toto toilets in their rooms. The entire hotel stay elevated our experience in Kyoto.

Stayed here 3 nights and Mogana is a luxurious boutique style hotel. The rooms are immaculate & spacious, the bed so comfortable, and the bathroom with double vanity, tub and rainfall shower are amazing. Staff is incredibly friendly. Close to subway stop, konbinis, nikiji castle, imperial palace and 15 min walk to nishiki market and another 10 min walk after that into Goin district. I would live in this hotel if I could.

Very impressed with this hotel. It’s very zen, we travelled with a child and therefore booked two rooms and they placed us next to each other. I like the bar on the 2nd floor and the design is cool.

The hotel was so unique and beautiful. The rooms were spacious, clean and stylish. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious! I recommend that you order it from I get the full experience. I highly recommend this place. The location was quiet and in a nice area. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
