We ordered a Seafood shovel rice for four people and it was Rs.5,500/-. It's not really what they described in their menu. Also, food was not tasty as we expected. Really disappointed with their food and service. Only the atmosphere is good.

A budget hotel(BB Delux Room Rs14600) with less facilities(No TV, Drinking Water, Heater, Wardrobe, Locker or Hot water). They offer a small room with a bed,desk,rack, A/C, a soap & towels. * Only a waiter was there around the reception when we checked in and he behaved like we were a disturbance to him. We felt like they were not welcoming local guests. * Bathroom was not clean and there was no door lock * Water was leaking from the ceiling and hotel staff wiped that after I informed. * Welcome drink was offered to me when I was leaving out in the evening after checked in. Overall I had a bad stay at this hotel.

Absolutely loved the ambience and the food. I visited both locations situated in Galle Fort, had drinks at ‘Shaka Boom’ by DBI and dinner at the other. Shaka boom is at a great location overlooking the sea, beautiful view, would spend an entire day next time.

26th of October we went to Galle. In that day we stayed at MOI Galle fort by DDI. Reasonable price. Breakfast was very delicious. We didn’t expect that breakfast because of law price.. but I like to say happily they give us maximum hospitality.. Good Luck MOI team & Thank you very much for your service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED everyone.

At first the first server was bad vibes but the second one who served us was nice, I would say that improve the portion and make it more tasty since would love to match with the price. We finish it tho.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
