Fantastic staff, lovely surroundings, and a fantastic position. The hotel has the nicest and most helpful staff and receptionists I've ever encountered. The hotel was outstanding in every way. We had supper there, and the place was spotless, fashionable, spacious, and had great service. The food was excellent and well-valued, and the attentive and effective service was provided. The room itself was cozy and tastefully furnished. I had a great time during my visit. In the future, I plan to return for a longer stay.

My experience at this hotel exceeded expectations. The attention to detail was exceptional, from the warm greeting at check-in to the pristine room with modern amenities. Make no mistake, this is not a hotel, it's a hostel and the staff treat it accordingly. I had my own room, charged the same rate as a very good hotel, yet I had no towels and the Aircon didn't work. The only good thing is the location above Mojo market, one of the many unpleasant things is, the location above Mojo market, the cheap windows that block almost none of the loud noise from the busy outside road. If you want a dorm room, take this, if you want somewhere that actually is able to present itself as a hotel, then book somewhere else, as I would not pay this money again for such poor quality.

Great location! But unfortunately poor service at hotel. Booked twice there in the same week and was overpriced almost R1K. Room was not ready for check in and had to wait more than hour. Very loud/rowdy in the hallways and rooms. Felt more like a 1 star hotel also with no outside windows. Reception didn't make me feel welcome and didn't really looked interested to assist. Some areas like the walls in the room was dirty. Stuffy and moldy scent in the room. Dissapointed even though in an excellent location. Parking was safe.

This is the ideal stay when travelling with a group of friends. The rooms are fair and offer all the basics. The market itself offers a wide variety of cuisine, there is something for everyone. It is also located in an affluent area in Cape Town, Sea Point, close to the ocean (Clifton & Camps Bay) and V&A Waterfront.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
