I had a super nice room with a fabulous superb view, looked pretty newly refurbished to me. Parking garage is a little bit hard to find, but with assistance of the staff no problem. Staff is super friendly and nice. Breakfast is amazing! Location is perfect between Central Station, and the Fashion District, and industrial sites for work travels. Would choose this hotel everytime again!

Everything in the hotel is a total mess! The rooms and the bathrooms are in a horrible condition- even the superiors. The breakfast- no breakfast- empty dirty dishes, no choice, no even bread. The reception desk - no comment- one exception Mr. Florin who we know from our previous stays. We were allowed to make a check in at 20:00 because of a technical problem and the receptionist lied to us that the hotel was fully booked. Something good that I may say is that the hotel has a Tesla car with very nice and polite driver- but that is all good about this place. Forgot to mention that we are their clients from about 20 years. And it was never ever been so bad!

I had to write a review after reading all the one star reviews people left - don’t let these people fool you. They obviously expect The Grand Hotel for the cheap price they paid lol. I have stayed in many hotels/ hostels during my gap year, and trust me, the hotel is good for the price. My room was spacious, the air con worked and the room and bathroom was clean. The location is good and close to the train station, and the staff super friendly and welcoming. Yes, if you decide to leave your window open at night, you will hear some noise (shocker, seeing that it’s located in one of the busiest cities in Italy). Yes, sometimes the rooms can be hot (shocker, since you’re staying in an extremely hot country in the Med). Overall it was amazing for the price and I would definitely come here again. Ignore all the grumpy lot leaving it a one star - trust me, it’s much better than that!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was absolutely dreadful. This place does not deserve its purported 4-star rating in any way. First and foremost, the room was shockingly small and outdated. It felt like I had stepped back in time to the 1970s. The lack of modern amenities was astonishing. Not only was the room minuscule, but it was also dirty beyond belief. the 4k TV was like something you can find from dumpsters. The bed was a disgrace. Instead of a comfortable duvet, we were greeted with scratchy, old blankets that probably hadn't seen a washing machine in ages. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, making for a restless night's sleep. To add insult to injury, the hotel provided plastic cups in the room. Plastic cups! I've stayed in budget motels that offered better amenities than this supposed 4-star establishment. It's clear they are cutting corners wherever they can. And let's not forget the ultimate horror: bed bugs. Yes, you read that correctly. The room was infested with these bloodsucking pests. I woke up covered in itchy, painful bites, and the hotel staff was utterly unresponsive when I brought it to their attention. The staff were another source of disappointment. I've never encountered a more rude and unhelpful bunch of individuals. They seemed completely disinterested in providing even the most basic customer service. Any request or inquiry was met with a dismissive attitude that left me feeling unwelcome. In conclusion, this hotel is a complete disappointment and a far cry from anything deserving of a 4-star rating. It's dirty, small, old, infested with bed bugs, and severely lacking in even the most basic facilities. Save yourself the headache and find accommodation elsewhere; you'll thank yourself later.
