        This was a really great hotel! We had 2 rooms, one was particularly large and the other was quite small. It was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was really good. A large range of pastries, bread, cereals, cheeses, eggs, yogurt and fresh fruit. The staff (amazing and lovely) constantly replenished supplies and removed any hot food that had been on the buffet table too long. They are very helpful with where to go and where to eat and mark everything on a map for you. Really great find.

        Nice hotel with fundamental flaws. There is a motion sensor light on wardrobe with no doors that faces the bed, so it turns on when you move in bed all night, only way to turn off is pull card to turn off all power including air con and power points. Poor soundproofing, heard animated phone conversation of my neighbour all night. Asked for an iron and board on arrival around 8pm and was told they don't have irons in the rooms and to come back at 8:30am to have housekeeping do the ironing (presumably at a cost) but I was leaving before then for work so no iron). 0n the plus the bed was comfy and rooms clean. No shampoo in bathroom, just liquid soap.

        Location deserves 4 stars (litterally few steps from the M1 Lotto). Service could not be classified as there is no receptionist at night (which it is absurd in a 4 stars Hotel) and we were left waiting in the hall for over 1 hr as the only personell working the night shift was running from one hotel to the the other (they have 3 in Milan). Rooms deserve a 3, for what concerns the bedroom, and a 1 for what concerns the bathroom (not updated since the '80s). No wonder why the only pictures available on the website are showing the bedrooms and not the bathrooms. We would definitely not recommend.

        Even i had reservation in this hotel from booking, when i arrived hotel they didn’t give my room. I thought that it was campaign from booking and after reservation they didn’t text or call me, only when i arrived their answers to me:”you can’t stay”. And rude director, they told me we try to solve, i wait one hour by stand, and after their answers: Pay more and stay. It was terrible experience with this hotel, if you’re working with this app, you need to provide it, both was mistake but victim was me.

        We paid 60€ for night for 2 people and they chrged us 30€ for 1 night parking and 30€ for 200ml vine and bottle of water from minibar. I know its Italy but bed for 2 about 2m wide... Never choosing again.
