The reception team was really friendly and always happy to help with any requests and would go above and beyond to help with anything. I would stay here again. The location is great, personally, I like the peace and quiet and that it's not on a busy road but there are many great restaurants and cafes nearby and the mall is walking distance as well.

The location is good. The neighbor is calm and quite especially at night. There are plenty of restorant (if you feel hanger lately at night). The staff is amazing they support us with a smile especially Mr Amin who attend at night and the two young men. The room needs renovation. Not sure about the cleaning time, but they should focus more in this. A room that we stayed in for 5 days, they did not clean it at all. Using the dishwasher is not that easy at the first time. The price is suitable with this quality. It is highly recommended

Location is good. There wasn't daily regular Services and we have to call for service and drinking water everytime. Staff are very kind and helpful when you need them. Breakfast was not acceptable, like one lady just asked for bread, and the staff said "its finished" Wifi in the room got weak, and when laptop switched wifi, you have to login with credential again. It was happening a couple times a day abd was annoying. The Air conditioning was very pleasant and conviniencing. And there was a safe locker in the room which was a good point. My total experience with the hotel was mediocre. It had good and bad points.

I stayed in Molton for 22 nights in February. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the train station is very close. The reception staff were nice and spoke English. The rooms need renovation, just that it is suitable for the low price of $ 27 per day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
