I absolutely love Mom Tri! My husband and I have visited this place four times, and it holds a special place in our hearts. In fact, he even proposed to me there, and the following year, we had our wedding ceremony with 20 of our closest friends. Now, we are excitedly counting down the days until our anniversary trip in just one month. One of the things we adore about Mom Tri is the peaceful surroundings. You truly don't have to leave the resort to find tranquility. The staff at Mom Tri's are exceptional - they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are authentic and clean, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The view from the bar during sunset is simply magical. We have traveled to many places, but Mom Tri is one destination that keeps drawing us back. It offers serenity, beautiful beaches, delicious food, and an uncrowded area that allows you to truly unwind and enjoy your vacation. If you're looking for a place that offers serenity, stunning beaches, delicious cuisine, and an escape from overcrowded tourist areas, Mom Tri is an absolute must-visit. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating getaway.

Really like this hotel and enjoyed 3 days' stay there. It is located between the Kata beach and Kata Noi beach, with amazing view of the sea. We stayed at the Ocean Wing which is away from the main building and the crowd, and has rooms facing the ocean directly and public area with nice view and quietness. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, not many choices but quality is quite good. The good thing is that you could not only enjoy the food, but the great view of the ocean and Kata Noi beach. The room is well decorated with ample space even a bit dated. The only down side is the pools are too small. Overall highly recommended.

Gorgeous place! Weirdly super quiet but very peaceful and a good breakfast. Only complaint would be, it was a tad hard getting water easily from the pool bar since it was opened later in the day. It’s too hot to not have water easily available by the pool without having to call the front. Rooms are gorgeous and the view is to die for. I did a run on the beach and it was one of my favorite workouts ever.

One of the best hospitality experience we have ever had ! The staff were professional and courteous. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are well looked after during your stay. The hotel is right next to Kata Noi beach and Kata main town’s restaurants, bars and shops are just 5 mins walking distance. The views of Kata Noi beach from the hotel are stunning! Thailand is truly the land of Smiles so if you ever visit Phuket and want to stay close to Kata Beach, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong, I would highly recommend Mom Tri Villa Royale!

1st class Hotel. Situated right on the side of beach with a lovely set of swimming pools that overlook the bay. Easily accessible and a lovely 3 min walk into the local Kata Noi area where there are some bars and restaurants. The hotel and room itself is amazing. Large, spacious rooms, beautifully decorated. Could not fault the service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Oh, and check out the restaurant (Mom Tris Kitchen) - awesome food. Thanks so much for our lovely stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
