This was truly an amazing experience. Due to a flight and baggage delay, I needed to do an unplanned overnight in Munich. I didn’t want to stay at the airport,, so I looked for something in the neighborhood of the Ostbahnhof to make it easier on me with my rail departure in the morning. The hotel is located immediately at an access to the station. The renovated old building is absolutely stunning. The room was elegant, cozy and comfortable. The staff were incredibly engaged. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. I’ve been visiting Munich regularly for 40 years. I have never stayed in this part of town. But this hotel will likely become a staple for me moving forward. Thank you for your welcoming service.

This was an incredibly wonderful hotel to stay at during our week-long holiday to Munich. The staff are incredibly nice and very articulate with their English. The lounge is a perfect way to relax after a long day before heading up to our room, and the rooms themselves were much more spacious than previously expected. The metro / transit is quite literally 5 steps from the door, which proved very helpful as it rained a few days during our visit. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Family and friends stayed here last Christmas/New Years. Munich Airport was hassle-free and we easily found tickets to the East Train Station. The hotel is literally across the busy road and you should learn to use the underpass to their front door! Munich is congested downtown so using public transit is recommended. All travel links are on your doorstep here. The hotel is lovely to walk through. The stairway in particular exudes old world grace. In lieu of small fridges in each room there is a courtesy room with everything you might require. You can use the room, as we and several others did on New Year’s Eve, or take drinks and snacks back to your room. The courtesy room charges minimal fees for booze, don’t let it dissuade you. Pilsner Urquell was €1 a bottle. Our 3rd floor room looked over the train station and Orleans Platz. We had a good size shower/toilet and plenty of space around the bed. The staff honestly couldn’t have been more pleasant or helpful. Nothing was any trouble and they clearly liked working there. We will return someday and explore Munich further and it’s cool to know where we’re staying already.

We stayed here after many delayed flights and our tired brains appreciated the peacefulness of the rooms and the wonderful decor. The staff are also excellent and have a great sense of humour, which was very needed when you travel with a toddler! This is a perfect place to stay in Munich. You are close to everything and the Hotel is unique. Thank you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
