Its a very good resort. Just little far away from pattaya beach. The ambiance of resort is very nice. I enjoyed the pool. Have massage, restraunt and bar facility around the pool. Very much comfortable rooms in affrodable price.

BEWARE FROM THIS HOTEL !!!! REFUSE TO CHANGE BEDSHEETS AND TOWELS AND SCAM MY DEPOSIT LIKE SCUMBAGS !!!! When you check in there is 1000 baht deposit which they not giving back ! Their policy is to change bedsheets only once a week and towels once in 3 days then they blame you for any signs of use and fine your deposits !!! Yes i was shocked from the level of attitude over there. I thought this hotel should be ok.. but i was wrong. Managed by some French gang that will bully you easily. usually advertising rent room affordability.. but for a reason. Do yourselves a favor read the reviews here about this place and get it. I wish I was reading all reviews before i booked there. one of the worst check in and out experiences I been through.

This is a great place to stay, especially considering the highly affordable prices. Notably, the hotel boasts a spacious pool area with both a deep end and a designated area for floating, allowing guests to unwind and relax. The pool typically closes around 6pm. It's worth mentioning, however, that the hotel's food prices are a bit on the higher side. Furthermore, I want to emphasize that the hotel enforces a strict policy regarding cannabis use in the rooms. This rule is prominently displayed near the reception area during check-in, and it's important to note that violating this policy could result in substantial fines imposed by the owner. Our check-in experience was less than satisfactory. Arriving two hours before the designated check-in time, we hoped to leave our bags with the reception and grab a snack to rejuvenate ourselves. Unfortunately, the owner declined our request to store our bags temporarily, compelling us to check-in earlier than planned. Additionally, they required a deposit upon check-in, which was returned upon checkout. Despite this initial hiccup, the remainder of our stay was quite enjoyable and comfortable in this hotel.

Avoid this place. 1000baht deposit and the bed had 20+ dead mosquitos on it which means they fumigate the rooms after they finish cleaning. It does have good ambience, though.

This hotel behaves like thieves. I booked one room via agoda, after payment. They did not accept any documents except passports. They did not allow check-in and rejected to refund. The hotel phone number cannot be contacted and email did not respond anything. I don't think they can get richer with that 20usd stealing. Terrible behaviors!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
