        Worst place to stay if you come in Florence. This apartment (loft) contains mold, it has a bad smell, and for someone with allergies like me, I can not stay there. They only take money from you, no refund nothing. They accuse you of lying, they are not responsible for their appartments. They set the check in at 15:00 and after 1 or 2 hours after staying inside the house, I noticed symptoms like cough and itchy skin. That's when I understood there was mold, alongside with the bad smell of mold. I immediately contacted the owner in booking and they told me they will find another place for me. They went missing and I called them. They told me it's late and we will see tomorrow. It was late to find another place so we stayed the night. Tomorrow we left the house and asked for refund for other nights. They accused us of lying, as I was faking it. I took pictures and videos. Also the place was damaged before and they require damage deposit of 250€ We didn't get any refund, the cancelled my reservation with the reason of "didn't show up" when I have proof I was there.

        This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed for vacation, I can say that it ruined my vacation. It has mold EVERYWHERE the smell is terrible it makes you sick, it is underground has no AC just a small portable one that is so noisy and does nothing. The host is awful it denies everything and tries to steal as much from you as they can since they also request a deposit for this awful apartament that is so far away from the city centre and also very expensive for the poor things it offers. There is no caffe or restaurant or shops near at least 10 minutes away.Also the jacuzzi doesn't work. Overall this was the worst place I have ever been!!!

        41 minutes ago DEPOSIT NEVER RETURNED DEPOSIT NEVER RETURNED. I rent an apartment in Florence for 4 days, managed by sweet stay. They ask me for a deposit of €500, which I pay. Once the stay was over they refused to give it back to me due to a clogged sink (according to them). Without too much controversy I ask him to send me the plumber's invoice to fix everything. Days and weeks pass in which I am told that the owner still has not done anything to have this sink fixed. Until we get to the point where they no longer respond. After some time I contact them again. I repeatedly call the switchboard and no one answers anything (only once did a certain Francesco answer me and as soon as I told him about the issue he hung up the phone). I start writing emails again and they reply that due to the damage the deposit will not be returned to me, I reply asking for the invoices (since these are used to retain the deposit). Here, like the previous time, SWEETSTAY stops responding to both emails and the phone. They've been wearing me out for months. ABSOLUTELY NOT SERIOUS PEOPLE. It seemed obvious to me that these invoices do not exist and that they kept the deposit in an unjustified manner. NEVER BOOK DIRECTLY THROUGH THEM, if you don't want to lose money. LITTLE TRANSPARENCY, AND NOT RESPONDING AND GIVING EXPLANATIONS I think is the worst aspect.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
