        Welp I LOVE San Francisco but I know one place I will never stay. I googled Monarch hotel (Colorado) through my air pods and the dang thing called these people. I asked about there restaurants in the hotel and the o so kind man informed me there were none. At this point I knew google let me down lol. So as he hung up(or so he thought) he proceeds to tell other people this (b word) talking about a buffet and restaurants. I had the wrong hotel obviously, sorry for taking time away from your precious phone answering job. This customer service is one you might want to skip when shopping for a hotel in their area.

        This Hotel is a San Francisco landmark. It is a nice Hotel that needs a little money to restore it's beauty. The staff is nice and it's a good place to stay. Parking is not good, and that would be my compliant

        This hotel is city owned and provides temporary supportive housing to the homeless as myself and am very grateful for all agencies involved to make this place happen and to all staff working there I believe their kindness and respect they show the tenants also helps to run this hotel as smoothly as it does! Thank you

        This Hotel is a San Francisco landmark. It is a nice Hotel that needs a little money to restore it's beauty. The staff is nice and it's a good place to stay. Parking is not good, and that would be my compliant

        When we arrived at this hotel, I knew that I didn't expect great looking hotel. The area looks very shady. Lots of homeless people around. The receptionist was very nice, and he made our check in easy since everything was fully paid thru Expedia (one of my favorite site for travel). When we were on our way to our rooms, the hallway looks creepy as the movie shining. Our room was decent. Clean room. Functional washroom, semi comfortable bed. Don't look outside of the window, so much garbage around. The city needs to clean up. Great WIFI service. Plus downtown is 10 minutes away by walk. For the price I paid, it is decent place to sleep, because the rest of the day we have been out exploring the city.

        Thank you Monarch Hotel! Very friendly and helpful staff. My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hotel is quaint and has a "historic" feel to it. Though there are homeless people all over....we were never bothered. The room was clean . We stayed 5 days. Each day we came back to find our room clean and our things still there.. . No bugs ( I really appreciated this). We requested top floor and they complied 😄😄. I would stay again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
