THIS IS A TEMPORARY REVIEW AND SUBJECTED TO BE DELETED OR EDITED DEPENDS ON OUR VERIFICATIONS. This is preliminary review for this hotel. We have very bad experience during our stay January 19-20. We experienced different ways of trials requests (unethical) to pay more money every time we walked in-front of the reception. We have met the owner and we made an official agreement that we leave earlier and cancel the remaining night 21 of January. The agreement is still not honored (PENDING till the end of February 20th) As of now please BE CAREFUL especially if you are from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 and the Middle East. This review will be edited and subjected to be populated as a CAUTIOUS (as not safe or scam) sign from tourism delisting properties. We will update here soon if the agreement is honored and verified. Below is one of the evidences that we have and it’s temporary until we verified.

I never write a review for the places I stay at, but this cute, charming, and warm hotel has urged me to do so. From the minute we arrived, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were gorgeous with its unique, high-quality furniture. All my room requests were met and the place was spotless. The manager led us to the rooftop where we enjoyed a delicious variety of lunch with an amazing view of Rome from the hilltop. Throughout the duration of my stay I cant express how helpful the staff were. If I needed a taxi, they were on it! If I needed more towels, they were on it! If I inquired about the city, they were more than helpful, showing me pictures and sending us marked maps. If I had a question about where we were touring, the staff answered the messages right away and made themselves available to respond. The staff were truly devoted to making your stay the best possible and make you feel more than comfortable. The hotel and decor speak for itself, but truly a lot of thought was put into designing the hotel. The rooms were very spacious with the highest of technology. Thank you for making it feel like home for me and my family.

Monastery dei Santi was a great experience to finish our honeymoon. The room is spotlessly clean and thoughtfully decorated, and the view of Roma is excellent (especially at night). If I could give 6,7 10 stars to the staff I would! They were overly helpful with a smile and desperate to give us good service. We were not used to such pampering. They scheduled taxis and anything else we needed for the days we were there. (side note, the room service was the best we've ever experienced at a hotel). Excellent excellent excellent. When we return we will stay here again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel and I must say that my experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The hotel itself was stunning - beautifully designed and decorated, with all the amenities and comforts you could ask for. My room was spacious, clean, and tastefully appointed, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the full city of Rome! But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service that I received from the hotel's manager, Mr. Dario. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was everything I had hoped for and more. He was always available to answer my questions, make recommendations, and provide assistance whenever I needed it. Honestly all of the staff too. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Roma, Italy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were top-notch, and the service I received from Dario was truly exceptional. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
