This hotel was amazing. The staff was wonderful. Location was great 5 miles to Disneyland right in downtown Tokyo. We took a five minute walk to a beautiful Buddhist temple. Their staff knew enough English to be helpful to us. Our room was really a lot bigger than we expected slept 4 comfortably. The room provided a counter electric stove, washer and dryer microwave. Toaster oven. You could honestly live here very comfortably. Five big stars for me.

The location was great, close to many train lines and restaurants. Area seemed safe. It was also cool to pass by Tokyo tower every day. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only one thing is we had obnoxious visitors one floor up and walls were thin enough to hear all their kids screaming, jumping up and down, and adults talking loudly and laughing outside. I wish the hotel staff would've kicked them out.

Decent size room for family of four. Good in room facilities like washing machine and simple kitchen set up. Excellent location with two different train station that take you to places that you like to visit. Good variety of places for dinner.

Such a great location for staying in Tokyo! It was near train stations, a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and it’s a walking distance to tokyo tower! The room we stayed in was pretty nice; it has its own bathroom and a washing machine and the laundry detergent was free. The staff were really nice and friendly some of them even speak English. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Tokyo!

It was a pleasant stay! The staff is SO friendly and very accomodating, The hotel amenities are complete and you can cook too. 10min walk from the train station. Drinks are cheap. 2 min walk to Lawson and Family Mart. It was indeed a great stay. Will be back! Thank you! Marianne

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
