Decent value for the room size. Rooms are basic and and windows could be better insulated from the cold. Location is at least 10min away from any train station so be prepared to walk. Area is very quiet after 8pm. Hotel does not assist in arranging Yamato baggage delivery service. Service was mixed.

This overpriced motel, NOT a hotel, disappoints in both cost and quality. The rooms, gloomy and cramped, do not justify the high price. The unconventional bathroom setup compromises privacy. In addition, the absence of in-room coffee or tea and the need to collect essentials at the reception contribute to an overall unsatisfactory experience. This place feels more like a hostel than a hotel, lacking the expected amenities and ambiance.

Best hotel we stayed at while in Japan. Stayed here for 4 nights. Very comfortable, clean, and overall great location to be at! We had basically a whole kitchen and even a laundry machine that was also worked as a dryer! Highly recommend staying here if you go to Tokyo :).

Compared to other MONday Aparts I have stayed in, this one was a lot smaller and we felt quite cramped. It had the the amenities I wanted which include a kitchen and washing/drying machine. The room I was in was right above the raised motorway so you do get a bit of traffic noise as a result. I have a feeling that all the rooms face the motorway. I was on level 6 but if you were on levels 5 and below, you would be eye level with the traffic. The closest station to is Ueno Station which is around a 10 min walk.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! My kids loved the room and everything in it. It is also convenient, near ueno station which makes everything else in Tokyo accessible. The staff was excellent and catered to all our needs. Thank you and we will be back here soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
