If I were able to give 0 stars I would. By far the worst place we have EVER stayed in, Everything was awful. Most important thing was we couldn’t sleep for the entire time since the beds and pillow were extremely hard and uncomfortable. It would have been comfier on the floor. It was also really smelly. Also- it was filthy. The sheets, desk, walls, ceilings and floor were dirty. The shower was a dribble. There were lots of bugs and spiders. Finally- the staff (which was one lady) were not good. We asked if we could change beds- they agreed then didn’t do anything about it. Also- asked to hire a scooter for the day after- she said she would call a scooter company the previous day and by the time she eventually called the day of, there were none available so ended up having to get taxis everywhere- her response was “you can’t get what you want” in a patronising manner. Really wouldn’t recommend.

Quite possibly the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. The bathrooms smelt like a gorilla enclosure and the water stank. The bedrooms were covered in cobwebs mattresses so thin you could feel the bars of the bed in your back. Met some great people here although the place really needs some work

If you take the haad rin ferry to or from phangan this place is not too far from the pier, probably not walkable with bags, but cheap taxi. The price is cheap, google hotels sometimes has it less than 100 baht. Typically on the other websites it's 150 or 200 (for 10 person dorm room). The water in the bathroom doesnt drain very well because the floors are flat not slanted. Mattresses not very soft. Aircon works well. Not enough power sockets in room. Some curtains on the beds would be nice for privacy. Overall it's acceptable. I'd stay again.

Aggressive behavior by the woman at the reception because she was in a bad mood. I didn't understand her English very well, she put her hands on her head exclaiming: "oh my god!!! " She has an unbalanced energy, which can quickly ignite. I had the boss online, he is in Bangkok, he apologized for her, conversely he is respectful and caring.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
