        Staff is super friendly and helpful all the time. I even broke the toilet seat and they fixed it in a few minutes and didn't create hassle for me. They came back at midnight when I was late checking in! However I'd really rate this place 3.5. Rooms are spacious and they can give you one away from everyone else's room. However, they smell of cigarette smoke and the stuff is a bit old. I wonder when the website pictures were taken because I think they are not so accurate. But price and staff make up for it, and the rooms are clean, after all. All in all a wonderful stay and I even requested a few more nights here. Super convenient location too!

        The building from outside looks very old and run down. The room are basic but strategically placed close to the train station and the city centre. Staff-owners are brilliant, friendly and very accomodating. The room, although basic, is spotlessly clean and has Aircon. Loved the Lavazza pod left for us in the room. Very nice touch!

        The room was clean and big. Staff were helpful and nice. The responses (emails and whatsapp) from hotel were great. The wifi speed was excellent but we stayed the room next to the reception. It is located near the train station. We faced difficulty to find it and had to wait for a person from garage 20-30 mins to take our rental car on the street.

        The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Location also was very near to florence snm station. The staff was very friendly and helpful.. Finding it at first would be a bit difficult.. Highly recommend it

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
