Great stay, done the job. I would like to give a special mention to the lady at reception with dark curly hair. Checked out room 1302 @ 10.15, 08/01 Such a polite and enthusiastic lady. Made our check in and check out a very smooth process as well as going above and beyond to recommend places to go. Very warming welcome and great service. 5/5 service is due to her! Thanks!

Stayed at the Montcalm East, Autograph Collection Hotel for two nights in mid December on the top 17th floor. Great view, spacious room with black out shades. Enjoyed the heated floors. No bathtubs to be found, but the shower was quite lovely. Front desk staff helpful in arranging car service/taxis. Breakfast buffet a little bonkers on the weekend— the staff puts out the silverware and napkins, but cannot keep up with the turnover so it is difficult to know where to sit. The food was good and there were different options. The Marlowe downstairs was a nice area to have a drink. We really liked the location of the hotel next to the Alchemist bar, and also close to a Starbucks and tube stations.

This is a great hotel. I’ve stayed at many Marriott properties, including many Autograph Collection. I thought the rooms were spacious and super comfortable. Bed was wonderful. Room came well stocked with amenities. We enjoyed some drinks and bad snacks at the Marlowe (hotel restaurant). It was great. Close to transit, local pubs, and a Pret a Manger just across the street. Felt we had a good location with everything we needed nearby.

My son bought me a voucher for Mother’s Day which I finally got around to use. The walk from Old Street station to the hotel took me around 4 minutes. The staff where very warm and friendly. The receptionist sorry I didn’t take her name show me around the amenities and added an extra hour as it wasn’t busy. I was very fortunate to have the whole spa to myself for around an hour. It was so relaxing and tranquil. I would highly recommend. Definitely going to return and treat myself to a massage next time. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

First time in London, from USA. My fiancé proposed on first day of trip and we had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff continuously went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied. We stayed for 7 days and the rooms were cleaned TWICE a day, making it feel like home for our entire trip. The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minute walk to the tube that we used almost everyday to go all throughout London. You can’t beat the price for this beautiful hotel with fantastic service!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
