We booked our room on Christmas day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are neat and clean. The only problem I could find was that the lift was not working during night time, also the breakfast is very basic. Tea and coffee was cold. Very limited option in complimentary breakfast. You will not provided with water bottles, you have to purchase one from the vending machine. Toothpaste toothbrush is not included in your toiletries that also needs to be taken from vending machine.Overall, it was an okay experience.

This place is absolutely disgusting. If I didn’t have to give it a star to write this review, I wouldn’t. The second you walk into the room, you get a massive whiff of mold/moisture. The rooms are dirty, musty, moldy, the bathrooms are barely cleaned, etc.. by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to get black mold in your lungs. Picture for reference and that’s just one spot, the mold is pretty much everywhere if you actually look. We woke up feeling sick. I really don’t understand how this place is still open and allowing people to stay there. Horrible. Service is good but the actual rooms and hotel… nasty. Needs a MEGA facelift and MASSIVE cleaning. You guys are killing people with your black mold.

Business ❘ Solo Terrible stay - I do not recommend this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and made creaky noises every time I tried to move and get comfortable. The heating/cooling unit under the window was so loud it woke me up constantly all night. I was placed in an "executive suite" which was directly over the front parking lot so I got to listen to the sounds of car doors being slammed closed all night & the light from the parking lot was bleeding through the blackout curtains. The bathtub made squishing noises when I stepped into the shower and I didn't have any water running yet, plus the shower head looked like it was caked with shower scum. The breakfast is mediocre. Hard boiled eggs and toast or cereal & yogurt and banana is the full choice of options. On top of that, none of the staff were helpful with regards to the billing for my business trip. We were told it would be billed to the corporate card numerous times but upon check-in, the unhelpful front desk representative told me they would not do that due to risk of fraud. Even when our company card holder walked over to the hotel to use the chip/pin to prevent any fraudulent activity, they still refused to fix my billing (but they agreed to fix it for other staff members). Everyone I dealt with just seemed uninterested in being helpful. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again if I can avoid it.

Hotel was nice, friendly staff, bed was comfortable. the restaurant manager 10 Stars for her. She was so nice and lovable to us, her happiness rubbed off on us, she made us feel at home like we known each other for a long time, she was Exceptional. Hope to see her whenever we visit Canada again.

Great stay! The room was very clean and cozy. The bed was was semi comfy. Nice place to relax for a few hours or overnight.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
