Fantastic location! Just far enough away from the main pedestrian area to be convenient but also quiet. Short walk to catch public transport. Spotlessly clean. Spacious. Excellent customer service. We arrived on an early morning flight and our room was ready for us early. Plenty of restaurants nearby, including a great little cafe downstairs. We could not have had a better experience.

Sandrina was super helpful, and the room was so well designed and clean. The location is very central and the building comes with an elevator. We were 4 and stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The beds were comfy and all appliance seem pretty new. Can't complain and will recommend it to anyone!

Stayed here in a one bedroom apartment for close to a week. The manager, Sandrina, was prompt and forward-leaning, accommodating our request for additional time as we had to wait for our flight beyond check out time. Kitchen was well-equipped, with sufficient utensils and crockery for a family of four. Recommended!

The apartment is very spacious, well lit and furnished, with all the required amenities, inc. the very important washer/dryer. Just the bathroom was a little small to our needs. The service was great, very attentive and kind. We got our room cleaned and tidy every day. The location is supperb. 3 minutes walk from Adrianus arc, from Rossio square,... Allows you to comfortably stop for a short break in the middle of the day.

Very nice serviced apartments in the middle on downtown Lisbon (Baixa). It’s close to everything and only 200m from the Baixa-Chiado metro station, which allows trips to/from the airport. The host - Sandrina- was extremely helpful and provided us with everything we needed including the best local restaurant recommendations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
